Here are locations of Seattle Center parking facilities. When you park in these facilities your parking fees go to support Seattle Center's free programs, beautiful grounds, and gardens.

Parking Lots:

5th Ave N Garage - Restaurant Parking Validation Program
 
Receive $1 parking in 5th Ave N Garage when you visit Seattle Center Armory food merchants and purchase $10 or more in food and beverage (valid Oct. 7, 2012 - May 24, 2013). The discount, which applies to up to 90 minutes of parking, offers extra incentive for you to enjoy the local, fresh foods by Northwest chefs featured in the newly renovated space. If you are parking for longer than 90 minutes (up to 5 hours), you'll receive $2 off the standard rate. For further details on this great offer, visit seattlecenter.com/validate.

 
Parking Rates for 5th Avenue and Mercer Street Garages
$5.00 - 0 to 1 Hour
$10.00 - 1 to 2 Hours
$12.00 - 2 to 10 Hours
$12.00 - each additional 10 Hours
All of the above pricing includes all applicable taxes

Event parking rates will remain unchanged and range from $12.00 to $20.00. 
 
Parking Rates for 1st Avenue North Garage
$10.00  - 0 to 10 Hours

Monthly Parking Available

Monthly Parking
Most Seattle Center parking facilities are available for monthly parking.  Seattle Center has the most competitive and flexible monthly parking rates in the neighborhood.  This is a great opportunity if you live or work in our neighborhood.  Click here for more information.
 
 
 

E-Scrip
Is available at a 15% discount and can be used as payment at the automated pay machines in both the 5th Ave N and the Mercer St. Garages, as well as the 1st Ave N Garage payment boxes. Please click here for more information.

General Rate Information

  • PARKING RATES fluctuate with demand.  Higher rates apply when heavy demand is anticipated.  Lower rates are in effect when overall parking demand is low.
  • All parking is available on a first come/first served basis except in the Reserved Area of the Mercer Street Garage, or by other contractual obligations.
  • Accessible Parking Spaces are available at our three Seattle Center locations.  When the "Lot Full" sign is displayed, please check with the Attendant on Duty for remaining availability.
