Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is a class for everyone, no matter what age or fitness level. Gently stretch your body and breathe your stress away while having fun. This class will focus on fluid movements to increase range of motion and increase joint and muscle flexibility. The practice of yoga has been around for thousands of years and was originally developed to keep the body strong and healthy and to allow practitioners to sit for long periods of time. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Zumba® Class

Ditch the workout and join the party! Zumba® is all about the energy, the music, and having fun while doing something good for your body. Come join us for an adventurous journey around the world through exhilarating Latin music, World Rhythms, West African, belly dance, dancehall, pop, classic rock, you name it. The result – a workout full of high energy, easy to follow choreography, and FUN It will get your heart pumping, get you sweaty, and put a big smile on your face. Everyone is welcome. No dance experience is required. Please bring plenty of water and wear comfortable sneakers.

Outdoor Circuit Training with November Project

NOTE: This fitness offering is currently on HIATUS. Whether you're a professional athlete, marathoner, triathlete, runner, walker, or fitness rookie, come see what it's all about. #JustShowUp to get sweaty with strangers, become best friends with burpees, and watch the sun rise over gorgeous Seattle. Workouts are a mix of running and bodyweight exercises, done at your own pace and adjustable to any fitness or experience level. Bring plenty of water and come and join the fun!

An Introduction to Mindfulness

The present moment is the place from which your entire reality is created. Your relationships, home life, work and experiences all spring forth from your thoughts, feelings and actions that occur in a string of infinite moments. In this class develop a new and awakened relationship with the present moment and discover how you can influence and possibly transform your life through mindfulness meditation. The five week series culminates in a longer Day of Mindfulness retreat at McCaw Hall where you will review each of the teachings and learn strategies to bring these skills into your daily life. Attendees are asked to commit to the entire series and full day retreat. Limited space available.
