The Unity Loop with a Virtual 5K Experience invites participants to run or walk 3.1 miles on their own time while exploring Seattle’s new Unity Loop, a legacy project connected to FIFA World Cup 26™. Complete your 5K anytime between May 16 and July 15 and be part of a citywide celebration of movement, community, and Seattle’s growing role on the global sports stage. The Unity Loop connects Seattle’s stadiums, waterfront, commercial core, and surrounding neighborhoods.

Seattle Center hosts the summer edition of Workout Wednesdays, June 17 - August 26, 2026. Join us each Wednesday for Yoga classes at 5:30pm, Zumba® class at 6:45pm, and Pilates Mat Class at 6:45pm. All classes are held outdoors, are free, and taught by certified instructors.

Armory Workshop Series

Seattle Center’s workshops and community programs invite the public into hands-on experiences that connect sport, culture, creativity, and learning during SEA ’26. Join us on the Armory Balcony for special workshops in art-making, dance skills, cultural expressions and more. Get creative and play! Suitable for families and kids.
