This sculpture, created with purely sand and water, represents the international unity that FIFA brings to the sport community. Seattle is proud to be one of the hosting cities for this worldwide event!
Watch over the course of 8 days as the artists carves the 9 foot tall sculpture on-site at Artists at Play Plaza. Work will happen July 1 - July 8 between 9am and 6pm daily. Once completed, the work will remain through July 19 for public viewing.
Commissioned by Seattle Center for World Cup Soccer Fan Celebration.

Jamie Louks is a multi-talented artist based in Seattle. Her sand sculptures have been featured internationally and she travels to competitions across North America. Aside from sand, she also carves ice, snow, pumpkins, and has competed (and won) multiple televised food competitions.
