SEATTLE, WA — Seattle Center is inviting the community to experience 52 Weeks of Fun, a new curated calendar showcasing the incredible lineup of festivals, performances, sporting events, and cultural celebrations taking place across the campus every week of the year.
With more than 12 million visitors annually, Seattle Center’s 74-acre campus is one of the region’s most vibrant gathering places—home to more than 30 arts, education, and entertainment organizations and iconic attractions including the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, and MOPOP (Museum of Pop Culture).
52 Weeks of Fun makes it easier than ever for residents and visitors to plan their year around Seattle Center’s most anticipated events.
“Seattle Center has remained a place where people gather to celebrate culture, creativity, and community,” said Seattle Center Acting Director Diamatris Winston. “With 52 Weeks of Fun, we’re making it easier than ever for people to discover the festivals, performances, games, and experiences happening here year-round and plan their next visit.”
A Year of Signature Events
From major festivals to concerts and sporting events, Seattle Center hosts some of the region’s most beloved traditions, including:
• Artists at the Center — May–September (recurring)
• PrideFest Seattle Center — June 28
• Naturalization Ceremony — July 4
• BLASTFEST — July 18
• Bite of Seattle — July 24–26
• Bumbershoot — September 5-6 (Labor Day weekend)
Sports fans can also catch the excitement of professional games at Climate Pledge Arena, home to the Seattle Kraken, Seattle Storm, and Seattle Torrent, and can experience special events and matches hosted at the venue.
Summer at the Center
A cornerstone of Seattle Center’s warm-weather programming, bringing free and accessible experiences to campus:
• Movies at the Mural presented by Prime Video — July–August (select evenings)
• Workout Wednesdays presented by Virginia Mason Franciscan Health — June– August (recurring)
• Outdoor concerts, pop-ups, and community activations (ongoing)

Celebrating the season with festive traditions and large-scale experiences:
• Seattle Christmas Market — November 19–December 24
• Winterfest presented by Symetra — November 28–December 31
• George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker® presented by Pacific Northwest Ballet at Marion Oliver McCaw Hall — November 27– December 27
• Alaska Airlines New Year’s at the Needle — December 31
Festál: Cultural Festivals Throughout the Year
A cornerstone of Seattle Center’s programming is Festál, a series of vibrant cultural festivals that fill the campus with music, dance, food, and art throughout the year. These free, family-friendly events celebrate the diverse cultures that make up the Pacific Northwest and often anchor weekends across the annual calendar. Together, these events create a vibrant cultural rhythm that brings communities together throughout the year.
Looking Ahead to World Soccer in 2026
In 2026, Seattle Center will also host Let’s Play SEA ‘26 — World Soccer Fan Celebration, a citywide fan experience featuring large-scale viewing screens, cultural programming, and family-friendly activities during the global tournament taking place in June and July.
