Monthly Parking Customer
1st Avenue North Garage
Seattle, WA

Dear Friend:

This letter is to inform you that as of October 6, 2018, the Seattle Center 1st Avenue North Garage at 220 1st Avenue North, due to the planned redevelopment of KeyArena by Oak View Group, will be closing permanently for all parking operations. Moreover, monthly parking operations will cease at the close of the September monthly parking occupancy period on October 1, 2018.

We will continue to maintain our monthly parking sales presence for Seattle Center community customers with ongoing service at our other area parking facilities:
· 5th Avenue North Garage, 516 Harrison Street, Seattle WA 98109
· Mercer Street Garage, 650 3rd Avenue North, Seattle, WA 98109

We are confident that you will be able to continue to receive the level of service and competitive pricing our customers have come to expect at the abovementioned parking facilities and Seattle Center Transportation Services welcomes your questions about the upcoming change.

Seattle Center has operated the 1st Avenue North Garage for more than 25 years and wants to take the opportunity to thank you for your patronage and say that it was truly a pleasure working with you and your team.

If you have any questions or concerns about the transition or parking at one of our other area facilities, please contact me at 206-684-0776 or Amsale Tsegay at 206-684-7340 for more information.

Sincerely yours,
