With one gift to Teen Tix, you can support the young audience development efforts of 38 different Seattle-area arts organizations.

There is no more powerful way to ensure the long-term health and stability of our arts community. None.

Since 2004, Seattle Center’s Teen Tix program, in collaboration with our participating organizations, has facilitated the sale of nearly 20,000 tickets to the arts to teens.  Every day, Teen Tix helps our participating organizations communicate a message of welcome to young people, we help young people discover and access new arts experiences, and we act a bridge between our members and our partner organizations, helping each to better understand the other. This is how we are building the next generation of arts audiences.

Seattle is special. There is not another program quite like Teen Tix anywhere else in the world. As a result, there is no arts community better poised for a strong, healthy future. Thanks to the support of the Seattle Center, The Seattle Center Foundation, The Seattle Office of Arts & Cultural Affairs, our 38 participating organizations, and thousands of Teen Tix members and their families, Teen Tix has been able to nurture a vibrant community of arts-loving youth. These youth are our future arts leaders, our future board presidents, our future critics, our future artists, and our future subscribers.

We need your help to continue this important work. A small gift to Teen Tix can have an enormous impact, both for the stability of our arts community, and for the young people who benefit from the program, many of whom would otherwise have no access to the arts.

About Seattle Center and The Next Fifty

Since its beginning 50 years ago, Seattle Center has served as a cultural and civic gathering place at the core of our region. In 2012, The Next Fifty at Seattle Center celebrates the 50th anniversary of the 1962 World’s Fair and the physical legacy it left. The 74-acre Seattle Center campus, home to more than 30 cultural, educational, sports and entertainment organizations presenting nearly 5,000 events annually, exists to delight and inspire the human spirit in each person and bring together our rich and varied community. The 12 million visits to Seattle Center each year generate $1.15 billion in business activity and $387 million in labor income for King County.

Next 50 premier partners include: Bartell Drugs, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Coca-Cola, Grousemont Foundation, Microsoft, Samsung, Seattle Center Monorail, T-Mobile, TPN (The Production Network) and World Vision.
