   1.  Fill out the online form

    2.  Check your email for a confirmation message.  Click on the link in that email to finish the registration process.  (Don't see a confirmation email?  Check your junk or spam filters, or call us at 206.233.3959)

   3.  You will then receive a second email which contains a Temporary Teen Tix pass.  Print this pass and use until the real one arrives.

   4.  In about 1 week, your Teen Tix pass will arrive in the mail

   5.  Stick it on your keychain!

Use it!

   6.  Decide what to go see by visiting the Teen Tix website or reading your weekly Teen Tix e-newsletter. In general, ALL events at our Participating Organizations are eligible for $5 Teen Tix.

   7.  Call the box office on the day you want to go and ask if they expect to have Teen Tix tickets available for that evening’s show.  Some of our Participating Organizations allow you to purchase your ticket for that evening over the phone.

   8.  Show up any time (that the box office is open) on the day that you want to go, go the ticket window, show your Teen Tix pass and your school ID or Drivers License, and buy a $5 ticket with cash (no debit or credit cards).  On Sundays (at our participating performing arts and film organizations) and Thursdays (at our participating museums) you can buy two tickets for $5 each, so bring a friend or family member!

   9. Experience great art!

Know it!

Teen Tix is a day-of-event ticket program.  That means, on the day of the show, if there are tickets available and you have your Teen Tix pass, you can buy one.  At our participating museums, Teen Tix admissions are always $5.00.  Sometimes, shows will be sold out and no Teen Tix tickets will be available.  Concerned about this possibility?  Never fear!  Consult step 7 above.

You must be 13-19 to use your pass.  You may be asked to present your student ID or other proof of age in order to buy a ticket, so come prepared. Two girls use Teen Tix passes

You may only use cash to purchase Teen Tix tickets. Credit cards, debit cards and checks will not be accepted (except over the phone at the organizations that allow phone sales).

You must have your Teen Tix pass with you in order to get the Teen Tix price.  If you lose your pass, fill out this online form and we’ll send you a new one.

On Two for $10 Sundays (at performing arts and film organizations) and Thursdays (at museums) anyone, including an adult or a child too young for Teen Tix, can use your companion ticket, but you still need your pass, your cash and ID to get your tickets.

About Seattle Center and The Next Fifty

Since its beginning 50 years ago, Seattle Center has served as a cultural and civic gathering place at the core of our region. In 2012, The Next Fifty at Seattle Center celebrates the 50th anniversary of the 1962 World’s Fair and the physical legacy it left. The 74-acre Seattle Center campus, home to more than 30 cultural, educational, sports and entertainment organizations presenting nearly 5,000 events annually, exists to delight and inspire the human spirit in each person and bring together our rich and varied community. The 12 million visits to Seattle Center each year generate $1.15 billion in business activity and $387 million in labor income for King County.
