Seattle Center programs Student Showcases in order to provide entertainment as part of seasonal events. Applications to be considered as part of this programming are reviewed on a first come-first served basis. Once an application is processed, if it is accepted, an offer for a performance date/time will be emailed to you, the applicant. The offer will become invalid if it is not confirmed/accepted within 7 calendar days. A few weeks before your performance, an information packet will be sent by email to the address provided in your application. It will include pertinent information regarding your Student Showcase performance. Your requested parking and load/unload permits will be sent by regular mail.
Other procedures and conditions related to the application process, technical information and performance experience are included in the FAQs. Please read this document before you agree to the procedures and conditions. Failure to follow the procedures and conditions will be taken into consideration when Seattle Center makes future programming decisions regarding your group. A link to the FAQs is also provided at each stage of the application process for your assistance.
