Community Events

Seattle Center is the cultural and community heart of the city. As our vision states, “We exist to delight and inspire the human spirit in each person and bring us together as a rich and varied community.”

Seattle Center Productions partners with school groups, performing arts groups and non-profit organizations to offer free quality entertainment and events for the community to enjoy.

To qualify for co-sponsorship, the performance or event must be free and open to the public, serve a variety of audiences, and provide entertainment and/or an educational experience to the general public at Seattle Center.

Accepted events and performances are booked in one or a combination of the following facilities at no rental cost:

  • Center House Stage and/or Dance Floor
  • Conference Center Rooms
  • Mural Amphitheatre
  • Harrison Street Gallery

Accepted events also receive some production and promotional assistance. However, events may be asked to cover most or all of the direct labor costs (stage, sound, admissions guards, etc.). Acceptance is based on above criteria and availability of Seattle Center dates, facilities and resources.
