Plum is a 100% vegan and organic company that strives to utilizes at least 90% regionally grown foods.  They believe in supporting local small and family owned farms and to be conscious of when they’re using foods from outside our region and why.

Plum is about giving veganism a new definition, incorporating our generation’s work ethics beliefs and style into what they do.  They want our love of a plant-based diet to be the embodiment of the change we are going to meet in the coming years with regards to how we harvest food and how we treat our host planet. Their food is honest and straight forward, yet remarkably forward-thinking.  It’s honest because it is personal. It tells a story of lifelong vegans, it’s made and served by a group of people who love the space they are in. They love preparing food, as well as being a part of a small and impactful community.
 
This idea of changing the way you taste pushes them to experiment and re-craft, to look at what they do from extraordinary angles and try to make it even tastier, more indulgent and vibrant.  Plum unapologetically incorporates bold colors and spice to speak loudly to your culinary experience.  One of their great passions is to draw on the simple traditions of American food to stir your palate and emotions.  They are bright bold and sophisticated, yet they promise to do no harm to our animal neighbors; peacefully extending to you all of the bounty and the beauty of the earth.
