2nd Annual Bastille Day Celebration

Bastille Day, the French Festival, honors French independence and celebrates all things French as part of Seattle Center’s series of world cultural events, Festál, from 11 am - 6 pm on Sunday, July 10. Music knows no boundaries and of particular note, from Seattle’s sister-city of Nantes comes 19-member youth orchestra Shango Blues Band, led by jazz great Bob Destiny, and local gypsy jazz favorite Pearl Django. Food, wine, visual art, Citroen's, and a Montmartre-fashioned setting bring the best of France to Seattle Center for a day. Festival activities are FREE, but food and merchandise are available for purchase.
