The Fisher Pavilion is a versatile gathering space built into a natural hillside at the heart of the Seattle Center grounds, featuring more than 12,500 square feet of space perfect for banquets and receptions, and mid-sized trade and consumer shows. The Fisher Pavilion's expansive front glass wall has garage-style doors that can be raised for an open-air experience, providing views and access to the natural beauty of the South Fountain Lawn. An open rooftop plaza offers guests a spectacular view of the International Fountain.

Catering
Seattle Center's meeting and exhibit facilities are served by an exciting variety of approved caterers. These caterers provide services in all Seattle Center rental facilities other than KeyArena and McCaw Hall. Click here for the current list of caterers.

You are free to choose any caterer from this list; just contact the caterer of your choice directly to discuss your menu and pricing options. Your caterer will supply all linens, glassware, silverware, china, etc. Tables, chairs and white tablecloths are available from Seattle Center.

Rates

(effective January 1, 2009)

$3,000 per day Standard/Theater Package
$3,250 per day Banquet Package

Standard/Theater Package includes:

  • up to 1,200 chairs, including setup
  • up to 6 registration tables (8'x30") with tablecloths
  • built in sound system and up to 5 wired microphones
  • lectern
  • projection table
  • 2-sided lighted readerboard at front of building
  • use of facility between 6:00am and Midnight each day
  • 2 parking permits per day
  • facility cleaning and restroom servicing
  • utilities
  • dedicated Event Service Representative to coordinate Seattle Center services
  • Customer Service center staffed 7 days a week, 7am-9pm
  • Event promotion on Seattle Center website and campus-wide kiosks

Banquet Package includes all of the above plus:

  • all 6' round banquet tables
  • all 8'x30" catering/buffet tables
  • white linen tablecloths for all tables
  • setup of the above

Additional expenses apply for:

  • Admissions staffing (ushers, ticket takers, guards) depending on event parameters
  • Stage labor and equipment
  • Sound labor and equipment not included above
  • Forklift services
  • Electrical services
  • Tables and tablecloths not included above
  • Additional parking permits not included above
  • Catering by an approved Seattle Center caterer
  • Phone/Internet connections by Seattle Center?s vendor, CCPI
  • Other requirements depending on event parameters

Total costs for staffing, equipment and services vary by event; please consult your Event Service Representative about requirements and estimates for your event.

Additional pricing information:

  • Fisher Pavilion Rooftop -- $2,500 per day (some restrictions apply)
  • South Fountain Lawn -- $2,500 per day (usually rented only with the building)
  • Fisher Pavilion, Rooftop, and Lawn rented together -- $6,500 per day
  • All spaces are 1/2 price for the first two move-in and last two move-out days
